26th Annual Gingerbread Village | Sheraton Grand Seattle

For over 25 years, the Sheraton Grand Seattle’s Annual Gingerbread Village has become a celebrated tradition. This year the annual tradition will be following the theme “Welcome to Whoville!” The theme is taken from the Dr. Seuss classic “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. It will feature a gingerbread reconstruction of the entire snowflake setting. In addition to that, proceeds from the event will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Snowflake Lane | Downtown Bellevue

This year, the Belleveu Collection shopping center presents Snowflake Lane. A series of events including a parade down Bellevue Way will be held every night. It’s free to the public and will feature a 20-minute performance from holiday characters like toy soldiers, Christmas fairies and mascots. Get ready for a night of frosty air, music, glimmering lights and snowfall to raise the Christmas spirit.

Safeco Field may be the home of the Seattle Mariners but this holiday, it will be hosting the most awaited Christmas event in the city. Concerts, shows, and holiday events will be featured throughout the season-long festivities. Enchant Christmas will feature the “world’s largest Christmas light maze” called The Great Search. Endless yuletide activities await at Seattle Center’s Winterfest this holiday 2018. Ice skating, movie screenings, student showcases and a whole lot more are featured in this event. Every day there’s free entertainment on schedule to raise festive spirits. Highlights for this year include the Winterfest Ice Rink, Saturday ice sculpting and Sunday ice carving mastery. By new year’s eve, the event will end the holiday with a bang with a fireworks show, dance party and live music.
